Creative Roots Clothing The beginning letters of each word are the initials C and R derived from the name Cleve Richards. Cleve created the name but couldnt think of how he was going to pull off the logo for such a name. After contemplating the idea of Creative Roots he took two cent signs and created his logo as it appears a C and R Connected. Creative Roots Clothing was started with $100 which bought 14 t shirts. After purchasing these shirts he placed the logo on the back of each shirt and the words one hundred ones on the front selling them for $20 apiece. After seeing and hearing the responses from the people they loved the name and logo. Cleve started creating more designs to satisfy the people. The next batch he did 50 shirts and continued to raise the bar selling more and more shirts each time. After creating tshirts for the people he started making varsity jackets, leggings ,underwear, hats , skull caps, sweatshirts , blazers and denim reaching a different audience each time.
Creative Roots Clothing has been worn by some of the most popular people in music and television today.
